Food Services - Important Pricing and Account Balance Information

The Food Services Department has some important information for you as the 2025-26 school year gets closer and closer!

First, please visit the cafeterias during Back to School night! Our wonderful kitchen managers will have important information for you and can also accept payments via cash or check.

There are also a few updates about prices and balances. First, the meal prices for paid eligibilities have increased this year by $0.25. Additionally, the grace period for last year’s free or reduced price lunch eligibility ends on 9/25/2025. Please make sure you fill out an application for free or reduced price meals as soon as possible. The application and necessary information can be found on the Food Services website.

Regarding balances: if students have a negative account balance of any amount, they will not be allowed to purchase A La Carte food items. If a student brings cash to purchase A La Carte items, they will have the option of giving the cashier the money to put toward the negative balance, but cannot purchase A La Carte items. Additionally, current negative balances of -$50 and up will be sent to collections at the end of August, so please make the necessary payments to avoid this. We strongly encourage parents to check account balances regularly.

Finally, don’t forget to download the My MealTime app for easy access to submit payments to your student’s account. You will need your child’s student ID number to access information. You also have the ability to create automatic recurring payments, which is an easy way to ensure that accounts stay positive and current. There is a small fee associated with submitting payments.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the Food Services Department and we will be glad to assist you! We look forward to a great 2025-26 school year.
