Turnabout Rescheduled date is incorrectly stated, the correct date is Friday, March 8th...ugh! Sorry about that confusion.
Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,
I hope this message finds you well. We regret to inform you that the upcoming Turnabout dance scheduled for January 12, 2024, has been canceled due to potentially dangerous weather conditions.
The safety of our students is our top priority, and after careful consideration and consultation with local authorities, we have decided to take this precautionary measure. The weather forecast indicates heavy amounts of snowfall during the evening hours posing a potential risk to the well-being of our students and staff.
We understand the disappointment this may cause, especially for those who were looking forward to the event. Please know that this decision was not made lightly, and we appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety and security of everyone involved.
Fortunately, we have secured the hall and our vendors for a rescheduled date of March 8th, 2024. We do understand that this date may not work for everyone but after looking at the school and extracurricular calendars, along with the hall's availability, March 8th was the best date available.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to your continued support in ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our students.
