Johnston Elementary School is seeking support for a complete Kindergarten PE Program, including a fleet of 30 Strider AKB-Specific Bikes, helmets, pedal conversion kits, one Strider 20-inch Bike for teacher instruction, and curriculum.
"The All Kids Bike program will be used for our kindergarten students and students with special needs in our early childhood development classes. We service a largely impoverished community where the luxury of strider-type bikes is just not feasible for most of our families. To be able to provide the opportunity for every student to learn to ride a bike at a developmentally appropriate age fits our mission and goals perfectly." PE Teacher, Joe T.
